President of the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil Luís Roberto Barroso visited the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia.

Professor L. Barroso delivered a speech on: "The electoral process as the basis of democracy", answered questions about the electoral processes in Brazil and shared his experience in preventing illegal electoral technologies.
