An informal dialogue took place between B.Gafur, Chairman of the UN Open-ended Working Group (OEWG) on security issues in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in 2021-2025, with non-state actors and representatives of the scientific community.

The School of International Information Security of the ICIS of the Diplomatic Academy, represented by ICIS researcher A.Martirosyan, took part, making their proposals that could contribute to the implementation of the mandate of the UN OEWG.

The dialogue takes place as part of an informal inter-sessional meeting ahead of the 5th session of the UN OEWG, which will be held in July 2023.
