On October, 20-21 Chief Researcher of the Center for Global Studies and International Relations of the ICIS of the Diplomatic Academy V. Kozyulin took part in the international scientific and practical conference "From the Volga to the Ganges through Transoxiana", organized in Dushanbe by the Tajik National University with the support of the Gorchakov Foundation.

Within the framework of the event, to which representatives of the diplomatic corps in Dushanbe, the scientific community of Tajikistan, Russia, India, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Turkey, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates were invited, V. Kozyulin became the moderator of the section "Global transformations in Eurasia" and spoke with the report "Priorities for the states of Central Asia in the context of deglobalization and the scientific and technological revolution."

Participants of the ICIS 2021 Analytics Laboratory A. Kozinets, D. Khaletskaya and E. Korenev also presented their reports online.
