Editor-in-Chief of the Journal "Bulletin of International Scholars", Associate Professor of the Department of State Administration in Foreign Policy, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists (CYS) of the Diplomatic Academy, Doctor of Political Science R.Shangaraev and Chief Researcher of the Center for Global Studies and International Relations of the ICIS of the Diplomatic Academy, Ph.D. of Political Science V.Kozyulin took part in the VI Global Forum of Young Diplomats "Diplomacy of the New Multipolar World" (in Kazan).

The event was organized by the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with the assistance of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the public organization "Academy of Youth Diplomacy" and the A.M.Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Support Fund. The Forum was attended by 130 delegates from 40 countries of the CIS, Asia, Africa and Latin America, including young employees of foreign ministries and heads of foreign diplomatic missions.

V.Kozyulin spoke at session №1 "Information security in modern international relations" about effect of digital technologies on a person, society and the state. The forum participants discussed possible changes in diplomatic work related to the introduction of artificial intelligence.

R.Shangaraev spoke at session №2 "Bared teeth of the "soft power" of the collective West" about the impact of diplomacy, strategic communication and humanitarian ties: education, culture and sports on current international relations.
