The emerging new world order differs from the previous one not only in the circumstances of its origin, but also in a number of essential features. Along with the traditional indicators of national power (territory, quantity and quality of the population, level of economic development, size and equipment of the army, scientific and technical evolution of society and the state), deglobalization brings to the fore new factors of power. An exclusive role is given to information and information technologies (IT) — tools of strategic communication.
