Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation at the United Nations Vassily A. Nebenzia, Director of Administration and General Services (Department) Anatoly A. Baranov, Deputy Director of Administration and General Services (Department) Roman Ya. Sadulin, Head of the Department of innovative youth programs and career guidance of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Natalia N. Popova and students of the Academy took part at the ceremony.
