Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bolivia in Russia Maria Luisa Ramos Urzagaste.

After the meeting the Ambassador delivered a speech to students and professors of the Academy.
